How do I make a complaint with the Authority?

We recommend that, if possible, you make a complaint direct to us via our online complaint form. The structure of the form will guide you through the information required by the Authority.
You can also send us an email or letter, or contact us via telephone. Our contact details are available on this website.
Please ensure the following details are provided in your complaint:

  • Time and date of incident/s
  • Location of incident/s
  • Names of people involved
  • Names or identification numbers of Police officers involved (if known)
  • Summary of the incident
  • Reasons why you are complaining

The more information you can provide us with the better. We may also contact you for further information relating to your complaint if necessary.
