18 November 2014 - The Cabinet Manual requires that when a new Minister is appointed, the department or agency must ensure that as soon as the Minister takes up office they are briefed on the organisation and its responsibilities and operations.
The Independent Police Conduct Authority provided a Briefing to the Incoming Minister of Justice, Hon Amy Adams, in October 2014.
