On Friday 15 March Judge Colin Doherty, Chair of the Independent Police Conduct Authority, will hold a media conference on the release of the joint report with NZ Police into fleeing driver events.

The conference will provide media with an opportunity to ask questions on the findings of the joint thematic review undertaken with New Zealand Police: Fleeing Drivers in New Zealand: a collaborative review of events, practices, and procedures.

Time: 9.30am Friday 15 March 2019

Location: Justice Centre, 19 Aitken Street, Wellington

Requirements: Please arrive at the venue between 9-9.15am so you can be signed in and set up. Use the Aitken Street entrance to access the lifts to get to Reception on Level 3.

RSVP: If you would like to attend, please RSVP by noon on Thursday 14 March to media@justice.govt.nz. Please confirm names of every person from your organisation to attend and a contact email for receiving the embargoed copy of the report and media releases from both organisations at 6.30am on Friday 15 March.
