The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into a notification alleging a sergeant raised his voice at one of the officers in his team, before pushing him into a wall at a Police station.
An employment investigation determined that the sergeant’s actions breached the Police Code of Conduct and amounted to serious misconduct.
At the conclusion of the employment investigation the sergeant was sanctioned for his actions.
The Authority agrees with the Police investigation and outcomes.
