The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into a family harm complaint from a woman who reported being the victim of psychological abuse from her ex-partner. Both complainant and ex-partner are Police Officers in Waikato.
Police investigated and found no evidence of criminal offending. They also considered the management of the ongoing relationship between the parties in the work setting and put measures in place.
The Authority is satisfied with the process and outcome.
