The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into a notification from Police National Headquarters where it was alleged that a Police officer sent unwanted messages to a former partner. The Police process found no evidence of misconduct. However, they spoke to the officer about good decision-making.
The Authority agrees with the Police decision to uphold the complaint.
