The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into an allegation an off-duty officer had been confrontational towards fellow officers when he was issued a traffic infringement notice.
Police conducted an investigation and determined the officer’s behaviour towards his colleagues breached the Police Code of Conduct. The officer took part in a restorative process.
The Authority is satisfied with how Police conducted their investigation and the outcome they reached.
