The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into an allegation a Police employee accessed the Police national database inappropriately.
Police conducted an audit and interviewed the employee involved. Police determined there was no misconduct on the part of the employee as the checks were work-related.
The Authority agrees with the outcome of the Police investigation.
