The Authority oversaw a Police investigation following a notification that, on three occasions between 2015 and 2020, a Police Officer purchased prescription only medication, online. Police became aware of the purchases during an investigation into the activities of the online vendor.
Police decided not to prosecute people purchasing prescription only medication from the online vendor, including the Police officer.
Police dealt with the matter through an appropriate employment process and the Authority agreed with the outcome.
