The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into an allegation an officer had posted distasteful videos on a social media site. The officer had members of the public comment on the videos telling him these were inappropriate, especially as in his profile, he described himself as a member of Police.
Police undertook an investigation into the posts (including having the Classifications Office assess them) and the matter was resolved through an employment process. The Authority considers the investigation reached a fair and reasonable decision.
