The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into allegations an officer assaulted their spouse and misappropriated funds from their family business.
A criminal investigation found there was no criminal liability arising from the officer's actions, and the officer's conduct was dealt with via a confidential employment process.
The Authority agreed with the findings of the criminal investigation and the outcome.
