Officer in Waitemata inappropriately accessed the Police national database
The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into an allegation an officer inappropriately accessed the Police national database 192 times for non-work related purposes. The Authority agrees with the findings of the investigation that the officer's conduct was a serious breach of Police policy.
The officer resigned from Police during the employment process.
