9 March 2020

The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into an allegation that an off duty officer stole a can of drink from a shop. It was found the officer had not intended to steal the drink but had been distracted and forgot to pay. His conduct was addressed through an employment process which applied the appropriate outcome.

The Authority agreed with the Police finding and outcome.
