In February 2019, Police assisted a Noise Control Officer with a stereo seizure at a property in the early hours of the morning. A number of the occupants were arrested during the seizure. Allegations were made that the officers were racially abusive, used excessive force during one of the arrests and had failed to afford proper medical care.
The Police Investigation found no evidence to support the allegations. The Authority agrees with the findings.
