The Authority oversaw a Police investigation where it was alleged an officer in Wellington attempted to influence another officer's charging decision regarding an individual known to the subject officer. Police investigated the matter and found that the officer's actions did not breach their code of conduct. The officer was dealt with through a confidential employment process.
The Authority agreed with the outcome of the Police investigation.
