The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into an officer who punched a woman after she assaulted him and another member of the public following a traffic accident. The investigation found that the officer acted in self-defence and used reasonable force to restrain and arrest the woman after she bit him on the arm. The Authority agreed with the outcome of the Police investigation.
