The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into a complaint about a privacy breach. It was alleged an officer discussed the complainant's arrest and criminal charges with a mutual acquaintance without consent. The Police investigation upheld the complaint and have dealt with the officer's conduct through an employment process which applied an appropriate outcome.
