It's our job to keep watch over Police

The Independent Police Conduct Authority is an independent body that considers complaints against New Zealand Police and oversees their conduct.

We are not part of the Police

The Authority is established by law to be fully independent.

It is headed by a District Court Judge, and supported by independent investigators.
