Language Line
The Authority can provide an interpreter on the telephone for people who wish to use a language other than English. This is a free service called Language Line.
Call the IPCA on 0800 503 728 and tell us what language you speak. Ask for Language Line. You will be asked to wait on the telephone (do not hang up).
Language Line is only available from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
